Our products ship from the East-Coast usually 2-3 business days from the order date. Please allow 5 days from the shipping date for shipments to the West-Coast and 4 days from the shipping date to Florida.
If you order toffee or chocolate during warm weather or ship to warm climate regions please contact us for extra charges for cool-packs and UPS Overnight or 2nd Day air shipping charges.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All orders are shipped by UPS. For a very limited time we offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all items so order now. Rush delivery is available at an extra charge. For 2nd day air and overnight shipments please call 1-800-656-2940 and we will calculate the exact shipping charge. For Rush Delivery, orders must be received by 11:00am EST.

Add $2 per recipient for shipments to the following states: New Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Utah, Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington.
Delivery charges are based on the dollar amount of merchandise ordered for each individual address. Please allow up to 6 business days after we receive your order for UPS ground delivery.
For expedited delivery, there will be an upcharge for UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select service. For delivery to Alaska & Hawaii, all orders are shipped by air for an additional $10.00 per address.

Please note: If shipping to a warm climate and during warm months toffee, chocolate bark, and shortbread will be shipped 2nd-day air with cool-packs. Cool-packs (reusable) will be charged at $2.00 per pack.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Conditions of Sale:
Prices are FOB Concord, MA. Prices are subject to change without notice. All address corrections will be charged $10.00 extra per address. No wholesale prices will be provided unless the items are purchased expressly for resale. A valid tax ID will have to be provided.
Payment:
We accept Mastercard and Visa.
Shipping Claims:
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, Our Customer Service Department will handle the shipment tracking and any claims with the carrier. Missing or damaged cartons should be noted on the delivery receipt before accepting shipment. Our Customer Shipping Department must be notified withing 5 business days of the loss/damage. Damaged goods should be kept as proof. No claims will be accepted without proof of the damaged goods. Our Customer Service Department will advise customers on replacement or issuance of credit for the lost/damaged merchandise at that time.
Returns:
We guarantee every item will be exactly as advertised and arrive in perfect condition. If anything is unsatisfactory in any way, please contact us and we will make a prompt replacement or refund of the merchandise amount.
We will not accept returns without prior authorization. We are not able to accept returns of product due to the customer's dislike of the flavor. We recommend that customers familiarize themselves with our product's flavor and texture beforehand and order accordingly.
