| Finding Out Shipping Costs
- To find out what your shipping costs are you need to be logged in.
- If you have ordered from us before, you can log-in by clicking on the "My Account" link in the horizontal menu bar near the top.
- If you are a new customer you can register by clicking on the "Register" link on the horizontal menu bar near the top. MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE RETAIL, CORPORATE OR WHOLESALE AND NOT THE BLANK BAR WHEN CHOOSING CUSTOMER TYPE. If you choose the blank bar when choosing customer type you will get an error when continuing to "checkout" from the "view cart" page.
- Subsequently, when registered and/or logged in you can click on the "view cart" button to get a shipping estimate.
- Your final shipping costs are based on real time UPS rates unless otherwise indicated and will be calculated on the basis of weight of your order.
- To make sure your freight is calculated correctly for an order with "multiple" delivery addresses, please read the "Ship to Multiple Addresses" section on this FAQ's page.
- For orders that contain "Free Freight" products, check the top of the page of the "Free Ground Shipping" section to find out what US Dollar value you need to order to qualify for "Free Ground Shipping".
